Lee Stuart is CEO and founding partner of IO. He's been working in marketing for 20 years, walking the walk both client and agency side at a senior level.
A t-shaped marketer with broad skillset taking in everything from analytics to branding he has helped some of the UKs largest travel, retail and financial services brands grow online.
Lee works hands on with clients and is also responsible for the strategic direction, culture, and business performance of the agency.

Baba Bojang is CTO and founding partner of IO. He has over 10 years of marketing experience and is renowned for his adept technical skills.
A full stack developer turned SEO and growth hacker, he has worked with some of the UK’s largest and most ambitious businesses, helping them build scalable and sustainable growth models.
Baba leads client implementation and is responsible for managing and developing IO’s global network of specialists along with our technology stack.
